Assistance on Visa Application
Guaranteed visa sponsorship and assistance on your PRC visa application.
China's visa authorities require all foreigners, i.e. persons not being citizens of China and are not holding PRC Passport, to apply for Chinese visas for entry into, exit from, or transit through the territory of China. The visa is issued with reference to the applicant's status and purpose of visit in accordance with the laws and regulations of China. Foreigners have to have the visa ready before entering the Chinese border, i.e. you cannot apply for it upon landing or arrival.
Among the wide range of visas offered, an academic visa is required for participants of the Technology and Startup Scene in China program for coming to China to pursue short-term study and internship for a period not more than 180 days. Overseas Chinese embassies, consulates and the Chinese Visa Application Service Centers are responsible for receiving visa applications and issuing visas. A duly completed visa application form, Passport, and passport-sized colored photos are basic documents required for the application. A school admission notice and a registration document (JW202 Form) issued by the PRC Ministry of Education are needed to prove your study in China. Consular officers may ask for additional documents at their discretion.
USST takes the visa requirements very seriously, and gives full assistance in preparing all necessary documentation to ensure every participant can successfully obtain the Chinese visa.
